Currently the s390x builders are all Z/vm instances. We want to move them over to kvm instances running on a kvm buildvmhost.
This is currently blocked as we don't have access to the buildvmhost due to a network config issue.
Waiting on admins to get us console access or help otherwise bring the machine back up.
This is now done (well, there's 10 new kvm based builders, we are going to keep the old zvm ones around for a while)
buildvm-s390x-01 to 14 are Z/VM, and buildvm-s390x-15 to 24 are kvm.
