For an unknown reason this https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=1285489 build task in Koji dead-locked on tagging the build. Please kill the task.

This is showing as canceled to me... where are you seeing it dead-locked?

After canceling parental MBS task and verifying the MBS task transitioned into canceled state the RPM build remained in an active state. Thus I reported it here. It's possible the cancel event was delayed somewhere.
