Reopen Issue
  1. Update BIOS and Drac
  2. Get hardware dump from latest drac.
  3. Call in drive replacement to Dell
  4. Get drive changed
  5. Send back old drive
  6. Reboot vh18 and bring drive in.
  7. Close ticket out.
