I've been having problems merging a pull request for the last at least 45 minutes. Three attempts to merge it all got stuck on the "Waiting" screen and nothing gets actually merged. After a while it correctly changes color and notes that it's taking longer than usual, but that's all that seems to happen.

Some troubleshooting people have done in #fedora-noc shows that pagure_worker.service is running (but there's nothing in its logs since Wed 2019-05-22 20:36:16 UTC which seems suspect), and that pagure_mirror_project_in.service has failed about 10 minutes before I first tried to merge, and fails to start, but we're not sure if that's related or not.
