#7848 Bodhi does not use bodhi-backend02 anymore
Closed: Fixed 4 years ago by smooge. Opened 4 years ago by bowlofeggs.

I have moved the message consuming that backend02 did into OpenShift (yay, and now it's got more redundancy, so one fewer SPOF!) Thus, Bodhi does not need the virt host bodhi-backend02 anymore. However, I see that at least one other "thing" is running on it (tag2distrepo? not sure what that is), so I guess we can keep the host just for that or find another host to run it on.

This ticket just serves to notify ops that I don't personally need the host anymore, so do your worst!

Note: In #7847 I asked to remove monitoring for Bodhi, but we probably don't want to remove monitoring for tag2distrepo.

So can this run on bodhi-backend01?

@smooge It can, but do we want it to? Let's discuss that in #7849.

Let's say that this ticket is blocked on #7849.

OK, #7849 is fixed, so I think we can now proceed here.

bodhi-backend02 is turned off and undefined.

RIP bodhi-backend02, we won't soon forget you.

@bowlofeggs sorry, what were we talking about? I totally forgot!
