In order to prepare for deploying Bodhi 4.0.0 to production on Tuesday, I need to deploy the real build of it to staging today. Due to #7834 I am unable to run the playbooks myself. Until that ticket is fixed, could someone run this command for me?

$ sudo rbac-playbook manual/upgrade/bodhi.yml -l staging && sudo rbac-playbook openshift-apps/bodhi.yml -l staging

Alright, this time I confirmed that the Bodhi 4.0.0-1 build is in https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org/repos-dist/f29-infra-stg/latest/x86_64/Packages/p/ - can someone run these playbooks for me again?
