Talked with igor. Problem is only with this macro. I am guessing it is with specific lookups timing out. Will try to determine which one through trial and error.

OK talking with Igor.. it looks like while it gave a 504, the page did finally complete the updates. In trying to update my page with an infoblox with many items removed from the list.. I still got a long delay and timeout.
Yep the issue is with badges in the infoblox. That takes a while to query and populate. Not much we can do in this ticket for that. Sorry about that.
