I'm porting the kerneltests application to OpenID Connect, including the API for uploading new test results.

I need the scope outlined at https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Infrastructure/Authentication#github.com.2Fjmflinuxtx.2Fkerneltest-harness in development, staging and production. Thanks!

This is done, and live in dev, stg and prod.
