Per https://fedora-infra-docs.readthedocs.io/en/latest/sysadmin-guide/sops/infra-repo.html instructions, I was not able to put https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=1266845 into infra staging repo.

this is fixed now.
