There is no entry in mirrormanager for repo=updates-released-modular-debug-f30&arch=ppc64le (debuginfo for released modular updates for f30 on ppc64le), although it exists on the servers, see https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora-secondary/updates/30/Modular/ppc64le/debug/

I removed the wrong entries from the database and re-run update-master-directory-list. Fixes should be live in 45 minutes.

But please fix also updates-testing-debug-f30 for ppc64le, this is also missing.
