Hi, I created a CI project in my namespace and would like to move it to the global namespace. This is to provide a space for the Fedora CI community and the CI Objective.

We are working out our process for getting the taiga folks to process these sorts of requests.

@jperrin will either just have them do this or get us access to a script to do this.
