There are a couple of things we can do:
- Delete the project itself:
Go to the project's settings and at the bottom of the menu on the left side there is the delete project tab
- Block the user
Since pagure has its own login system, one could be blocked in FAS and still be able to access pagure
To block the user, log on the host and run pagure-admin block-user <username> <date>

Out of curiosity, did it run fine?
I've tried doing it as well but I ran into TypeError: can't compare offset-naive and offset-aware datetimes
To solve this I added a --list option to pagure-admin block-user so in the future I have a way to check if the user is already blocked or not :)

It looks like someone deleted the project so I think we can close this.
