During our major upgrade this week, I found several disks which have failed or are predicted to fail by the iDRAC. Please have the disks replaced. These disks are:
No specific date but sooner would be good before more disks fail and take the systems down.
disk 3 in qa12 has been called in and should be replaced shortly.
disk 3 in qa11 should be filled so not sure what happened to it.
I will need to gather data and update bios/firmware on each of the systems as Dell was wanting that from last phone call.

I am still trying to get info on qa11 disk (my ticket did not get filed so I am filing it again). I am getting download data from the dracs on the qa12 box to send to Dell when I get the disk fixed. They wanted me to update to the latest drac as SOP and I ahd several failures to work out.
These have been replaced
