See the line above? It renders as weird isolated bullet points in Pagure. It'd be better for the * to be replaced with a #, or the line to be underlined with ----

  • When do you need this? (YYYY/MM/DD)

It is nonessential.

  • When is this no longer needed or useful? (YYYY/MM/DD)

Eh.

  • If we cannot complete your request, what is the impact?
  1. Tickets continue to look awkward.
  2. My sense of beauty in all things is slightly diminished.

I don't see any line above. Did it get removed?

Also is this more of a pagure.io request than an infrastructure one?

The "line above" refers to * Describe what you need us to do: (and the other * lines in the template too, for that matter.)

AIUI this template is stored in the infra tickets repo as a text file — it's not pagure-wide.

Ah ok. Sorry.. I was thinking there was a UI item in 'line above' like a drawn line was showing up in a format you wanted different.

Yeah, the last questions are often hard to avoid responding to with sarcasm or hyperbole. (I know I'm guilty of that.) Maybe those could be combined into one with the "when do you need this?" question.

ok, I changed it and shortened it.

Further ideas welcome!
