Describe what you need us to do: Please create a FAS account for the sway SIG, which we will use as co-maintainer for all sway-related packages. The email of the account should be the private list from #7666.
When do you need this? After #7666 has been resolved.
Do you want an account? or a group?
With a group if you give it commit access, you only need to add most people to the group to commit. Of course you still need others as admins to be able to change the settings on the packages.

Goup has been created. You will need to go to bugzilla.redhat.com and create a 'sway-sig@lists.fedoraproject.org' account so it can be CCed on bugs. (The post with the information you need to activate the account should be stopped in moderation by the list, where you can read it and delete it so it never posts).
Users will need to logout and back on to src.fedoraproject.org to update their group membership.
