There seems to be an issue with this release-montior, because it properly detected version 4.12.0, but it did not created bug in bugzilla.
Before version 4.11 the detection of new releases was working (with autocreation of bug for a version bump)
As far as I and package-maintainer know there seems to be an issue with release monitoring connection.
Hi, this version was detected on 16th January 2019. There were some issues at the time with the-new-hotness and bug creation. This shouldn't happen now.

No, I did not. But I was just curioous about this particular package, so I did not exactly looked for it.
