certgetter needs to be configured using Ansible.

Currently playbooks/groups/certgetter.yml includes only generic roles.
Apache httpd was installed and configured manually without using Ansible.

This should be fixed now.

certgetter doesn't need to much on it, I added apache to make sure httpd was installed and enabled and added a task to make sure certbot is installed.
