Describe what you need us to do: As part of traditional mass rebuild for rpms, we used koji keytab to submit the builds as releng user. Now for mass rebuilds for modules using mbs, which uses openid connect and for this releng user needs a service token to submit the builds to mbs.
When do you need this? (YYYY/MM/DD) ASAP at least by Jan 30 2019
When is this no longer needed or useful? (YYYY/MM/DD)
If we cannot complete your request, what is the impact? We cant run mass rebuilds on modules
FYI, If you want to put in a config file, I will be running it from branched-composer.phx2.fp.o machine.
@puiterwijk can you do this?

@smooge created the token that is needed. If anything else required, I will reopen the ticket.
Thanks @smooge
The token is not working. I am getting the following error:
{ "error": "Unauthorized", "message": "Required OIDC scope 'https://id.fedoraproject.org/scope/groups' not present: [u'openid', u'https://mbs.fedoraproject.org/oidc/']", "status": 401 } Unable to submit the module build dwm for branch 6.2

@mohanboddu Is this already resolved? I've seen some module builds ran by @releng user, so I think it should be.

This is fixed.
