Describe what you need us to do: Right now I'm trying to figure out the issue with fedmsg messages not being sent in Anitya (release-monitoring.org) and I found out, that there is similar issue with librariesio2fedmsg application. If we cannot complete your request, what is the impact? No fedmsg messages about libraries.io updates
Not sure what was going on. I re-ran the playbook, and now it seems to be processing fine...
Note that this app has never been in production, only staging.
I guess if it occurs again, we can look more closely at the containers before just re-running the playbook?
