I would like to plan an outage to update fedora-packages host to f29. Before the outage I need to have the latest build in the 29 infra repo ( here is a scratch build https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=32043235).
During the outage I will need packages03.phx2.fp.o and packages04.phx2.fp.o to be deleted so we can rebuild them with f29.
packages03.phx2.fp.o
packages04.phx2.fp.o
I propose the outage to happen this Thursday 2019-01-17 at 18.00 UTC.
When do you need this? (YYYY/MM/DD)
When is this no longer needed or useful? (YYYY/MM/DD)
If we cannot complete your request, what is the impact?

Since many of us are about to travel, it might be ideal to do this after we get back from DevConf.
Other than getting this out of todo list, I don't have a strong requirement on when to do that.
So if the general feeling is that we want to do that post DevConf I am happy with it :-)
