Describe what you need us to do: Some tools (at least from 3rd part repo) uses https://infrastructure.fedoraproject.org/repo/json/ to detect if a given package is already available into RHEL. There is a need to update the process to have one for RHEL8.
When do you need this? (YYYY/MM/DD) 2018 In RPM Fusion, we wan't to start the packaging process without delay to have a fully working repo all along the RHEL8 beta -> GA development time.

Note that this only has the base repo and the codeready builder in it, not the appstream (modular) repo, as thats going to take a lot more work.
