Pagure is hanging when creating a fork. Example:

2018/11/08. I needed to create a fork yesterday. But I'd be happy to do it today.

I guess we would move away from Pagure for hosting this project, perhaps go to GitHub? ... not exactly sure though.

This was a result of the outage last night, and should be fixed now: https://src.fedoraproject.org/fork/stefw/rpms/standard-test-roles
