This is caused by PrivateTmp=True in httpd configuration. I will fix that.

Actually, this is not the issue on ODCS staging, although I saw that on internal RH ODCS instances.

The issue is that /mnt/fedora_koji is not mounted on odcs-frontend01.stg.phx2.fedoraproject.org. Can someone from fedora-infra remount it?

I've remounted /mnt/fedora-koji on odcs-frontend-stg and fixed the root cause in Ansible: https://infrastructure.fedoraproject.org/cgit/ansible.git/commit/?id=7193f05
