Fedora's mirrorlist does not provide the private mirror for mm2 host 1351 to users belonging to its netblock. It's working for
repo=updates-released-f28&arch=x86_64 and repo=updates-released-f29&arch=x86_64
but not for 'repo=fedora-29&arch=x86_64', i.e. the response form 'https://mirrors.fedoraproject.org/metalink?repo=fedora-29&arch=x86_64' does not contain the private mirror.
That is expected, because you do not mirror the development tree. In the first week after the release mirrormanager still points to development for a new release to make sure we have enough mirrors. We will switch from development to release early next week. Then your mirror will appear in that list.
