We are starting to use https://jenkins-fedora-apps.apps.ci.centos.org/ for application in https://github.com/fedora-infra

In order to get jenkins to poll for changes in the repositories it needs a access token with the all the repo scopes
Once we have the token it needs to be shared with @bstinson
When do you need this? (YYYY/MM/DD)
When is this no longer needed or useful? (YYYY/MM/DD)
If we cannot complete your request, what is the impact?
For now we can do this as a Github machine account, added to the fedora-infra Organization.
We can then request a personal access token with the following permissions:
It's useful this way so the infra group maintains control over the account that triggers CI.
ok, what do you need us to do here? Can you make the machine account and I can add it to fedora-infra? (with what perms?)

I can make the machine account for this if you'd like. Should we work offline to get those creds in a place where I'm not the only one with access?
This bot will need at least "Write" access to the repos.
This should be done now. ;)
