  The taigastg host is currently running on Fedora 23. I would like to have it respun on the Fedora 28 if possible. The only data to keep is the /backups/ directory.

I expect the playbook to fail because I'm in the process of making changes to it and updating to a newer version and a better auth plugin, so don't worry about that.

This is only for staging.

  When you can.

• When is this no longer needed or useful?
  When we stop using taiga.

• If we cannot complete your request, what is the impact?
  I can't move forward to using a better auth plugin for taiga, as well as a newer Taiga version and a better install mode.

In the future, I would like to deploy this in OpenShift, but in the meantime I think it's worthwhile to do this respin.
