After updates today new cloud instances are unable to spawn.
This looks to be related to libvirt/qemu changes such that the cpu model isn't working right.
I think we hit this in the past, but I don't recall what the fix was.
Until we fix this f27-test.fedorainfracloud.org and koji-simple-ci-dev.fedorainfracloud.org and any new builders copr tries to spin up will not work.
@puiterwijk if you could look when you become next available that would be great.
@clime you might want to let interested parties know we are aware of the issue and working on it.
