Go to https://status.fedoraproject.org/ and change the status from 'Everything seems to be working.' to something more appropriate.
Fix the Copr such that jobs are processed again.

There was ticket #7231 also about this. (Filed after yours). Sorry for any confusion, but it should be all back up and working now...
I also want to apologize for closing it as a duplicate. I meant to close it as fixed and should have corrected after I saw it was wrong.
