This package is owned by and was created 8 months ago by smani. I don't think it was ever orphaned.
Next: php-mongodb: Remi Collet (remi) - main admin, pagure_owner_alias.json says orphan.

I think you're confusing: https://src.fedoraproject.org/container/bcg729 (orphan) with https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/bcg729 (smani)
And https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/php-mongodb (remi) with https://src.fedoraproject.org/container/php-mongodb (orphan)
The JSON file has the namespace as first keys, the top one is container, rpms is lower down.
