Describe what you need us to do: I need to assign a backup maintainer for the 'tree' package in Fedora. Unfortunately, when I click at rpms/tree, I see only Page not found (404) failure.
When do you need this? (YYYY/MM/DD) 2018/06/14
When is this no longer needed or useful? (YYYY/MM/DD) After the 'tree' package is removed from Fedora (not yet planned).
If we cannot complete your request, what is the impact? Only proven packagers will have access to that package during my vacation.

Yay, you're the lucky winner of an URL conflict...
Basically from: https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/tree it considers that 'tree' is part of the static part of the url as for example in: https://pagure.io/fedora-infrastructure/tree/ So basically, it's looking for the project named rpms which of course doesn't exist and... here we are.
rpms
Now the big question: how to fix this? :)
From user's point of view it is obvious that https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms is not a single project for which it would make sense to show a file tree. The actual project is rpms/tree and its file tree should be available at rpms/tree/tree.
rpms/tree
rpms/tree/tree
I would expect the locations rpms, rpms/tree, and rpms/tree/tree to be distinguishable with each other by type of the target object but I know really nothing about the implementation behind the service.
