Describe what you need us to do: openqa.stg.fedoraproject.org returns "internal error", instead of real content. It might be related to the QA services outage from last week
When do you need this? (YYYY/MM/DD) rather sooner than later :-)
When is this no longer needed or useful? (YYYY/MM/DD)
If we cannot complete your request, what is the impact? The staging OpenQA instance is doing work for Power and likely for AArch64 too. So we would lose the automated testing of nightly composes.
Sorry about this, it's because I tried to upgrade to a newer openQA but it requires a newer postgresql than is running on the database server :( I downgraded the packages but it looks like it ran the database schema upgrade so now we have the old code with the new db schema...I'll see if we can get the db rolled back to the state from before I did the upgrade, then it should work again.
@kevin @tflink can we rollback / restore from backup the staging db to the state just before I tried the upgrade? Edit: I ran the upgrade at 2018-06-09 01:57 , @tflink says we have a backup from 2018-06-06. Reverting to that should be fine, losing three days of tests on staging isn't a huge problem. Of course, we only want the staging database reverted, production shouldn't be touched.
This is done. We are rolled back right now.
