Describe what you need us to do: Old https://admin.fedoraproject.org/pkgdb/ has a timeline feature that shows the changes of user level permissions, etc. For example https://admin.fedoraproject.org/pkgdb/package/rpms/osm-gps-map/timeline It would be very useful to have such feature in https://src.fedoraproject.org/ too

If we cannot complete your request, what is the impact? I will no longer be able to check when a package has been orphaned by the main maintainer, therefore I could not estimate the remaining time before the package will be marked as dead.
