Issue #7010: Enable auto signing on f29-kde - fedora-infrastructure

Enable auto signing on f29-kde tag
When do you need this? (YYYY/MM/DD)
As soon as possible
When is this no longer needed or useful? (YYYY/MM/DD)
If we cannot complete your request, what is the impact?
It will hog the signing queue when we merge the builds in
to the base tag.
