I have a pull request open for an rpm repository at src.fedoraproject.org. Not being a packager, I opened it as a one-off remote PR from pagure.io. I have added one more commit to the remote branch, but I cannot make src.fedoraproject.org pull the new commit from the remote repository into the PR. The Refresh button does not make any effect.

Ok, there was a bug in pagure, I've hotfixed it so it is working now.
