#6922 Forked repo is 404 after pagure hanged while forking and there is no way to delete the fork.

When I tried to fork https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/TurboGears2 pagure hanged and nothing happened.

However now I have a forked repository which is 404 when I try to access it and it seems I can't delete it in any way and at the initial repo the 'fork' button is replaced with the 'view fork' one, which leads me again to the 404 page.

This is a duplicate of #6923. (same root cause)
