Reason for outage:
Ibiblio is moving systems to a newer rack with 10G SFP+ networks. Systems will need to be powered down, moved over to the new racks, powered back up, configured to use the new networks in failover mode.
Affected Services:
Torrent and people will be down during that time. Systems configured to use download-ib02 will also be.
