I vouch for pcalarco. We have co-editors for FWN now, and he is one of them. Occasionally he will need the ability to send the weekly FWN announcement to fedora-announce-list.
Done, just an FYI. Others can post to the fedora-announce-list. Its just these people don't get moderated. I don't think there's a real need to do it for people that aren't going to be posting regularly. Just have them send it to the announce list and drop us an email when its ready.
