I think 4.0 fixes accessing these PRs so I propose we wait for 4.0 and re-consider then.

Ok 4.0 is out but these PRs are still not accessible, I'll work on it for 4.1 (I am actually working on this while I type this comment)
And with 5.0 we can finally see them and close them!
