I think we say this every year, and then after the event are too exhausted to even think of doing any cleanup until the next year.

We have been all on travel so the list may not have been created yet. Can we make a flock-attendees list now and made an alias of Flock-attendees-2018 to flock-attendees.

This question has not been raised with me, iirc, before. However, if it has the long history as indicated then please move forward with an attendees list without a year.

I suggest not including the alias if we go with a general list.
