#6846 Inconsistent grokmirror repo descriptions

I don't really use these, but they seem to be a bit inconsistent. For example,

 'rpms/ghc-email-validate.git': "Unnamed repository; edit this file 'description' to name the repository.",
 'rpms/ghc-enclosed-exceptions.git': 'rpms/ghc-enclosed-exceptions',
 'rpms/ghc-entropy.git': 'ghc-entropy',

Some are just the repo; some include the namespace, and some have no description set.

Yeah, this is because for a long time when adding new packages we didn't update the description, just created the repo. ;(

The namespace thing is due to us setting up compat links back before we had namespaces.

I have just removed the compat links and am re-generating the grokmirror manifest now.

It should be updated in a while (It takes a while to generate the manifest)
