401 - Unauthorized Transaction expired, or cookies not available Try to login again
Do you have any extensions in your firefox that would block cookies or javascript? (in particular privacy badger, uMatrix, no-script, cookie autodelete, etc)
Do you have a kerberos ticket for cqi@STG.FEDORAPROJECT.ORG ? Does having one make it work?

No. None of them is installed.

No such kerberos ticket. However, it works now. I didn't make any changes to my system related to getting openidc token.
Odd. Well, lets see if it happens again and try and track it down then.
