I have found those... Some of them probably should not exist, but things like libtdb, rhythmbox and fprintd definitely should.
libtdb
rhythmbox
fprintd
Odd. fprintd is definitely in the manifest. Will try and see if I can track whats going on...
Seems it's just multiple packages didn't pass cloning here...
But now after re-doing pull, I see missing libnfsidmap.
libnfsidmap
I am trying to fix this up, but sadly grokmirror has issues with 20-30,000 repos.
I will get something soon though.

Are there any updates? It seems like many new packages are missing from grokmirror.
Can you all still see any missing packages here?
I think it's all synced up, but would be good to confirm...
I am closing this. I am not sure if it's in sync, but we are going to be moving to repospanner soon.
Lucikly I am hoping we can get repospanner to provide a grokmirror friendly manifest file, so then it would be in sync/working and folks can still keep using grokmirror against it.
