Hello,

Since recently, Libabigail started to support python3 (as an option)
at least to run its fedabipkgdiff tool and its associated tests.

But for that, some python3 modules are needed, otherwise, the related python3 tests are disabled.

The two python3 modules that we'd like to see installed are:

python3-mock
pytnon3-pyxdg

We'll like to have these packages installed on the Fedora 26 and 25 environment of the Jenkins instance that runs libabigail tests.
