This is a request to remove http://releases.pagure.org/mod_nss/mod_nss-1.0.16.tar.gz

The prefix directory in the tarball is 1.0.15 but the source is 1.0.16.

I released 1.0.15 but it had a bug such that the self-tests didn't pass (that'll teach me to tag before running the tests).

I quickly released 1.0.16 to fix this but pulled the trigger too fast and apparently didn't change the prefix arg to git-archive.
