fedpkg queries PDC to determine the list of active Fedora release branches at:
https://pdc.fedoraproject.org/rest_api/v1/product-versions/?active=true

It seems that Fedora 24 is still active. May this be made inactive to fix fedpkg request-branch --all-releases?

It is caused by fedora-atomic-24 and fedora-cloud-24 being active in https://pdc.fedoraproject.org/rest_api/v1/releases/?version=24. I fixed it in PDC.

So, we can close this ticket.
