Trying to create an update via fedpkg or via the bodhi web interface results in this error:

Invalid tag: sedutil-1.15.1-1.fc28 not tagged with any of the following tags [u'f22-updates-candidate', u'dist-6E-epel-testing-candidate', u'f21-updates-candidate', u'f25-updates-candidate', u'f24-updates-candidate', u'epel7-testing-candidate', u'f27-modular-updates-candidate', u'dist-5E-epel-testing-candidate', u'f23-updates-candidate', u'f26-updates-candidate', u'f27-updates-candidate', u'f28-updates-candidate', u'f28-modular-updates-candidate']
Unable to determine release from build: sedutil-1.15.1-1.fc28

I think this is because I built the package after branching but before bodhi was enabled for fc28. Can this be fixed manually on your end, or should I submit a new build with the same NEVR?

sedutil-1.15.1-1.fc28 it is already in Fedora 28 - you can't create update for it.

But it doesn't show up in the repo?

That's because last successful compose is from 2018-03-02, before sedutil-1.15.1-1.fc28 was built (2018-03-02). (No recent f28 compose is releng issue, not infra.)
