db-koji02.stg.phx2.fedoraproject.org is not needed any longer and should be removed. Terminating it involves changes to DNS and nagios, which are frozen, so I'll do it after beta freeze.
I went ahead and did this while removing some other cloud hosts.
DNS changes are ok since they are content, not config. Nagios changes we decided are ok if they don't change any nagios config in ansible, only what hosts are in inventory.
