While trying to test out @abompard's pdc feature on pdc-web01.stg.phx2.fedoraproject.org I tried to update python-pdc.

yum failed!

https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org/repos-dist/epel7Server-infra/latest/x86_64/repodata/repomd.xml: [Errno 14] HTTPS Error 403 - Forbidden

That's the prod epel7-infra repo. Oddly, the stg version of the same repo seems to be okay.

$ http head https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org/repos-dist/epel7Server-infra/latest/x86_64/repodata/repomd.xml
HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden
$ http head https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org/repos-dist/epel7Server-infra-stg/latest/x86_64/repodata/repomd.xml
HTTP/1.1 200 OK

Sometimes it seems kojira reaps our dist-repos.

I have regenerated it so it should be back now.
