@marcusk is main admin of the package because year ago (2016-11-22 17:59:49 UTC) he set himself as main admin.
pkgdb.owner.update marcusk changed owner of rpms/exonerate (master) to 'marcusk'

It was marked as orphaned [1] so I adopted it. If you want it back then
