waiverdb and greenwave are in os.fp.o and os.stg.fp.o

@gnaponie is working on putting out the latest release of waiverdb and greenwave in staging, but doesn't have rights to view any logs in the cluster.

Can she be added as an "owner" of those apps in openshift alongside @dcallagh so she can see the resources in the console and oc commands?

Done.

Except the staging playbook is broken, so the change doesn't seem to be live there.
